Atanas has received bachelor’s degree in engineering from Tokyo University of Science and master’s degree in architecture from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna and is currently a PhD candidate and research-er at the University of Innsbruck, Institute for Experi-mental Architecture – Hochbau. Between 2017 and 2019 he was also a teaching sta at the same depart-ment .Between 2013 and 2015 Atanas was part of the famous Studio Zaha Hadid Vienna, established by the British-Iraqi Architect, Dame Zaha Hadid
