662 is a apartment project, ordered by client at 2017 with 64 residential units and a total area of 38000 square meters, in 12 floors above, and 3 floors under the ground. Named after the distinctive spiked outline created by their rotated floorplates, the Cactus Towers will stand at 60 meters tall. The corners of the slabs are shown overhanging planted balconies on the levels below. The concept of plant boxes as a representation of the interacting city life and nature was envisioned to sculpt the mass volume.
